Tourism suppliers in Eastern Europe and travel buyers in the USA are invited to submit applications with their business profiles.

Applications are reviewed and successful candidates are notfied of their status. Some candidates may be placed on a waitlist but all candidates will be notified of their status.
Rolling
Buyers and suppliers will be invited to reivew, select and rank those with whom they would like to meet. These preferences are taken into account and bespoke agendas are created and shared with delegates. A 'top up' phase will allow delegates to add additional meetings.

On the day of the event delegates will login and join their assigned video meetings. In additional to the B2B calls, there will be a series of informative sessions and additional networking opportunities.

In order to accomodate delegates in Europe and across the USA, the agenda will follow a time zone-friendly session. Check the timings below - selecting your local time zone. We will block times for buyers joining from westerly time zones - this information is collected during the application phase.
