Attendance for successful candidates is free of charge, however all delegates must satisfy specific qualification criteria - these are detailed below and you are requested to submit detailed applications in order for these to be assessed.

Supplier Criteria

Essential Criteria:

  • Supplier is an SME
    • per the following definition: less than 250 employees AND annual turnover of less than EUR 50 million OR balance sheet of less than EUR 43 million
  • Is a European tourism business based in either:
    • Bulgaria | Czechia | Estonia | Finland | Hungary | Latvia | Lithuania | Poland | Romania | Slovakia 
Priority:

  • Company Description and Business Objectives align with project target, including interest and capability in responding to evolving demand

Buyer Criteria

Essential:

  • ‘Buyer’ business category: Tour operator, Travel Advisor, Travel Agent, DMC, Wholesaler, OTA
  • Already sells Europe
  • Serves the USA market
  • Can confirm T&Cs and commits to attendance and active participation on 9th December 2025
Priority:

  • Has a particular focus on FIT business 
  • Is based in the USA
  • Has a commercial interest in the European destinations participating in the event:
    • Bulgaria | Czechia | Estonia | Finland | Hungary | Latvia | Lithuania | Poland | Romania | Slovakia
